The disposal of WLAB in Hong Kong is governed by Waste Disposal (Chemical Waste) (General) Regulation (Cap. 354, section 33):
In addition, movements of all WLAB are monitored by EPD through the “Trip Ticket System” for chemical waste collection:
LAB users are encouraged to register as chemical waste producer in order to comply with the law.
